You will find below important information regarding the production of Advisors 2023 Tax Slips (T4A-RL1).

•    For contracts issued by Beneva and originally issued by SSQ in life, and accident and sickness insurance, statements will be deposited in the Beneva Advisor Center*, the week of February 19, 2024. Tax slips will be in the name of Beneva Inc. as the issuing company.

•    For contracts originally issued by La Capitale, Civil Service  Insurer, in life insurance, accident and sickness insurance and savings and investment (now under the Beneva entity), statements will be sent by Canada Post, to the advisor mailing address, the week of February 19, 2024. The tax slips will be in the name of Beneva Inc. as the issuing company.

•    For contracts initially issued by La Capitale Financial Security, for Pillar Disability insurance, statements will be sent by Canada Post, to the advisor mailing address, the week of February 19, 2024. The statements will be in the name of La Capitale Financial Security, as the issuing company.
